Please be advised that cancellation or modification of your reservation will be subject to the following cancellation fees.

■ Cancellation Fees

If you cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged based on the total room rates as outlined below:

• No-Show (Cancellation without prior notice): 100% of the room fee

• Same Day (Date of Arrival): 100% of the room fee

• 1 Day Before (Day Prior to Arrival): 50% of the room fee

• 2 to 3 Days Before: 20% of the room fee

• Up to 7 Days Before: Free of charge

 

■ Cancellations Due to Typhoons / Rough Seas

If all ferry/boat services for your scheduled day of arrival are canceled due to bad weather or rough seas, the cancellation fee will be waived.

However, if at least one service operates on that day, any cancellation will be considered a personal cancellation, and standard cancellation fees will apply. Thank you for your understanding.

■ Winter Schedules and Service Status

During the winter season (approx. November to January), ferries may run on a reduced schedule or operate alternate vessels due to annual maintenance (docking). Please keep this in mind when planning your travel itinerary.
